Definition of 'regret': feel sad, repentant, or disappointed over (something that has happened or been done, especially a loss or missed opportunity).

Ever suffer from a physical ailment or injury that hinders or stops you from doing what you love? My knee gives out for the first time ever in my life, unconsciously triggering deep-seated regret of not fulfilling upon my most passionate gift, and dreams of dance stardom! All hidden in the subconscious mind with no awareness until I have to face the harsh reality that I can't teach my dance class, as a volunteer, empowering recovering female drug addicts and felons for TheTeenProject.com. I'm devastated to say the least. Without my ability to dance for my heart & soul, I feel empty & depressed...Feeling like someone or something  is lost creates feelings of regret, fear, sorrow, sadness. This inner turmoil runs deep ~ all the way back to early childhood, where all "Dis-Ease," disease stems from. The great news is that if we deal with the invisible disempowering debilitating emotions, especially from childhood, I absolutely believe, because I've done it over and over again---we can heal mental, emotional and physical pain. Disclaimer: we must catch it in time, before it too late! The more conscious we are to understand ourselves, the more sustainable power we have for a happy, healthy and miraculous life!!!!!
